Yeah it's weird that he would choose that screen to show us the game.
Dead space 2 required an install and it was the same page, it would make sense even with 2 disks (which I think is how it's being packaged).

Bit on the PS3 super slim bundle -- I'm assuming the game that comes with it is physical, not PSN download, right?
Dead Space 2 didn't require an install
Also Forza 4 installed in this fashion.
