Mythbusters main leads got woke started to post some stuff. Then Sawage got mettoo by his close family who claim she was raped by him when she was like 10 (rape+pedophilia). And now one of their heads is dead.

Obviously coincidence but sure looks like Trump Curse.

The sister says that Savage was 9 and she was 7 when it happened.

Between Tory, Kari, and Grant on MythBusters, Grant was my favorite, there was a genuine humor about him that he brought to the show over the others. I liked him the most when he did the McDonald’s You Have Questions videos from YouTube before they pulled them. I have a couple of them that I saved and show in class sometimes when we have some downtime. It’s sad to hear that he’s gone.

They found an unruptured aneurism in my brain last fall (cavernous carotid aneurism) and this is my biggest fear. Mine was (hopefully still is) very small and the risk associated with operating is greater than just doing nothing. It sucks knowing you have a timebomb in your head.

I’m supposed to have an MRA (blood vessel MRI) once a year unless they notice growth.

Any operation can lead to stroke, brain impairment or death.

That sucks. I met him and the entire Mythbusters crew when they used the department next to mine at a previous job to do a show when I worked in academia a over decade ago. Good night sweet prince.

I have to admit I hated it when they brought that trio aboard mythbusters but I grew to like Grant quite a lot. He seemed genuine and was really skilled at what he did.

Really sad news. Too young.

I loved the old Discovery shows like Mythbusters before they went full reality-show. I remember my intro engineering professor was fond of putting Mythbusters-inspired questions on tests.
