Graphics card/Power supply combo?

First off, I must mention I did try to post in the 2012 Need New Computer thread and it seems locked, so I don't really know where else to look for advice unless someone in here can point me in the right direction.

Otherwise, I am only looking for suggestions on what I can do with a $2-300 range to getting myself a good quality graphics card and PSU. I finally was able to get myself a job. I'm fucking excited about getting some awesome visuals for a change.

Here are my current specs.

I am willing to spend somewhere in the range of $200. The absolute highest I'm willing to go is maybe $250 or maybe even $300.

Oh shit. There's a part 2. nvm
