Wow. 4 player co-op Rainbow Six 3 was one of the most enjoyable online experieces I've ever had. 16 player is going to be amazing. Holy crap, I'm going to be addicted ^^:

there are a ton of team deathmatch/CS options. nearly every nuance of the server is customizable. really puts to shame a lot of multiplayer shooters out there.

There I was thinking Ubisoft France actually changed a bit, but noooooooooo. They just asked me to remove the video. Yay.
 
How come in the video.. when you go around the corner certain things just pop in? like a milisecond after you turn the corner a box will pop in.

I caught this video last night, this game looks like a must buy!! Although, I'm more interested in the multiplayer side of the game. Thanks for putting the video up blim, even if it was for a short period of time.
 
Only thing that determines whether or not this is a must have for me is AI. Ever since Ubisoft bought out Red Storm the AI in console versions of R6 and GR have been non existant. What's the point of 16 player co-op if the AI sucks? They either run out and freeze so you can mow them down or they pick you off with machine gun from a hundred yards away. The AI in the Xbox GR games make Battlefront look like Halo on legendary.
 
Ubi asked me to cut the video down to 5 minutes and submit it to them for validation. So since it's now almost friday night here in France it will have to wait until monday.
 
NIce, vid, being a Ghost Recon fanatic (owning every iteration on console and PC), You have no idea of my frothing anticiaption for this game. You could have some pretty big co-op games in previous versions of GR (if your connection allowed it). But 16 players is INSANE!! I love the defend game types as well, oh my god I think I may take a few days of vacation when this baby drops. This game BETTER not get pushed back, I'll have a stroke.

I better start spending quality time with my wife now and build up some credit. Because when GRAW and Oblivion drop, I'm disappearing off the face of the earth!! :lol

Hey AB...I cannot wait to relive some of the Xbox 1 times when we played the hell out of GR, R6 and few others. I cannot wait for this game and Oblivion....between the two games, I think I will need to take a vacation from work!!!

I always loved how the sparks fly back from what you're hitting, I love that about the 360.

...I wish I had a 360.
 
Che: i noticed you said 2 player split screen...i was wondering does the games have 4 player split screen? that how me and my buddies use to play GR2

It totally feels like survival horror in some ways. Just gear up with an automatic weapon (like a SAW or M60) and just pump hot lead while screaming into your headset. 16 player survival horror. :)

Damn, UbiSoft definitely has a grudge against Xboxyde. I hope you guys make it big one of these days and SHUN THEM then.

The video was extremely impressive and did nothing but portray GRAW in an even better light. Graphics and gameplay looked simply great. Shame on you UbiSoft!

Can't someone upload it using yousendit.com? I would if I had access to it.

While I can't answer this specific question, everything we've heard says that the options for your server are absolutely exhausting. My guess would be yes.
 
I'm not going to watch the video because I want it to be fresh when I play it but Che's multiplayer impressions have made me all giddy with excitement :D
 
egads, I started the torrent last night, and watched it when I got home. AMAZING stuff. Wasn't even expecting great music, didn't need it, but HOLY WOWSOME!

And then to re-read this thread, and Che's Golden Morsel's of Co-Op Knowledge....
I think I'm going to quit my job. Suspiciously on the same day as I get this game.
