Made a quick clip of me and a friend flying though the city at night. I'm still blown away by how the city looks at night. Such a beautiful game.

Quick tip also: If you want to steal a jet without smashing the cockpit, enter from the left side. And by the left side, I mean from a head-on view, looking at the nose of the jet. It never smashes if you enter it from this side. No idea why.

You can also press the back button in the open world to mute everyone but crew and friends.

Great I want able to log in as well during the holidays because of the outages.
Muting people is unnecessarily annoying.
Also, why no more snow
People don't get muted unless they are being annoying.
Though for me I'm too lazy to figure out the annoying person and mute him so I usually just mute everyone but crew or friends if some one is being obnoxious.
Welcome to playing with randoms (and sometimes friends depending on your friends) on GTAO. It's why I usually play in passive mode (I just wish I could shoot NPCs in passive mode). Or just flat out by myself.
When starting online from story mode you can select to go into a private server. The option is only there when coming from story mode, which is dumb.

Looks like 250K challenges are gone on PS4 :-(
I got to do them one day and that was it, I guess I should be happy I got an extra 1 million to play around with.

Anyways, if anyone sees me on in the next ~2 weeks, I'm playing from my Vita so cut me a break. I've discovered that when you play on a Vita from across the country and your PS4 is on wi-fi and you are on wifi on your end (and your parents have comcast.... frikking slow ass connection. I feel sorry for you comcast customers), while GTA is playable for messing around, don't try to do anything serious on it or you'll just frustrate yourself (a decent amount of disconnects and definitely a little input lag).

I think thats broken. My guess is to make a private session and play together. Ive heard some were having this issue with the parties being seperated going into jobs.

Are the 250K challenges in gold color when you are on the world map?? I saw an even with a gold Icon, I tried to get there but it turned back to blue when I was close. Wondering what that was about. Description did state some ridiculous amounts of money.
So there are currently a number of gloves available for purchase. The problem is none of them seem to be compatible with my character. I've swapped every piece of clothing that I can and still I'm unable to buy or even try on these gloves. I'm practically naked and nothing is working. What am I missing?

So i'm part of ps4's neogang. I've lost six races. (._. ) The only race I won was the first one. Deathmatch was not made with FP in mind. Parachuting is fun as hell. Also not digging the fact that every single activity has a 20-40 second loading screen. Also just discovered that you can turn on first person view that'll automatically go into third person while behind cover, godsend.

i'm not 100% sure, but i think the current gloves are only compatible with a combat top.
I just picked up a crate with a J-Lager beerhat in it. It was the 3rd crate i grabbed, the previous 2 contained Patriot beerhats. It dropped at the wind farm.

I was just thinking, because of all the special crate drops recently and how they are so sought after. It would be awesome if R* did something similar but for cars, where everyone is notified of a location on the map where some rare, guarded car is and you have to get it back to a safe house to 'win' it. There doesn't seem to be that much competition any more with assassinations or the car that Simeon requests, but there is a LOT of competition for special crates because it feels like more of an event and gives you something more tactile (minigun, special clothing) rather than just money.
