PC players can now push Grand Theft Auto V even further with the NaturalVision Enhanced mod! This is for the "Enhanced" version of the game which was released earlier this year. This mod includes overhauled textures, shader work, expanded ray tracing settings and much more.

They even provided a quick installation guide:

???? You dont have to pay for the mod, you can freely download it?

Yes but these guys have been working on this mod for many years and you had to pay their patreon if you wanted to have access to it. Do some research to find out, I am not crazy lol

Maybe some version, but natural vision has been free for a long time. Also why not give them a few bucks if you like it? You act like its a crime to ask money for your work

I can tell that you don't know me at all. I have payed so many modders for their work that I lost the count but okay

Okay thats awesome but your response made it seem like that wasnt the case! Relax papito!

Then you misunderstood my response. My reaction was just being surprised at this, being free, because these guys always had a patreon behind most of their mods. I am not against supporting modders for their work in any way, in fact I think we should always try to support them for their time and effort.

Tried it.

Conclusion: can offers glimpses of GTA 6 trailer like graphics, especially at night-time, but overall, too glitchy, buggy, unstable and doesn't look "correct" in most lighting conditions.

Pros: Night-time lighting can look great. Darker skies and full lighting/shadows from NPC car headlights can create a true night-time environment. Close to some of those night-time shots from GTA6 trailers.

Cons: RT reflections are completely borked. Low rez, glitchy. RT shadows pop-in and out sometimes. Way too "bloomy" especially at daytime. Colors just don't look right. IQ is not clean, even with DLSS4 DLAA. Oh and no support for volumetric clouds at the moment.

Wish I could just retain parts of the overall package, but alas not possible, I think.

It does that awful auto-brightness/exposure thing that simulates how a crappy camera sees the world. I always hated this and always will.

The whole world doesn't turn to a blinding light whenever you are under a bridge. I wish modern games would stop with this crap.
