Be interesting to see how much vram it's going to eat up. Big environments, fairly detailed textures, etc. Unity made me hit the 4gb wall pretty fast.
Best to have this now so the OT isn't filled with tons of spec and performance talk, I think.
Running the i7 920 and a GTX 980.
I'm not even worried about my CPU.
I'm convinced the 920/30 is going to last forever. lol
i7 2600k, 8gb ram and 660sli *FINGERS CROSSED*
looks at the clock
goes back to bed

But SLI compatibility bits are not out, right?

They're out with the new driver.
Included in the Game Driver release in OP
I'm very interested in this as well, I think Rockstar mentioned at least 4GB for 4K resolutions.
Thinking about putting this on my SSD but there isnt enough room for both this and BF4![]()
Is there any substantial reason to upgrade to the 15.3 Beta driver? I already have the most recent (non-beta) version 14.12
I think I saw one screen where the person was using nearly 6GB, presumably at 4K.I'm very interested in this as well, I think Rockstar mentioned at least 4GB for 4K resolutions.

I share your pain. It was excruciating to clean up my SSDs for this game. Mostly my own fault for not finishing games I buy, but it was not fun.

780ti
3570k
1080p
I expect to max this out unless there's some ram constraints.

i7 4790k OC'ed to 4.7ghz
GTX 980 OC'ed to 1350mhz core, 2000mhz mem
Samsung EVO 840 1TB
16 GB 1866mhz RAM
Fully expect to max this game out (minus crazy AA) @1080P with a locked 60FPS.

True, but other shots don't seem to indicate it's the type of game that just uses what's there.Buffer allocation doesn't necessarily mean buffered utilized or even needed though. It's why that measurement in Fraps or what have you isn't all that useful without tying it it to performance.
3D Vision Profiles
In addition to SLI profiles, the new GeForce Game Ready Grand Theft Auto V drivers include three new 3D Vision profiles for top titles:
Grand Theft Auto V - Rated 'Excellent'
Err the new drivers appear to have given me Gysnc on my desktop. Either that or they broke my monitor light. This could be pretty huge.
Don't know if this counts but when installing the game with the rockstar social club launcher CPU usage is around 33%, when you minimize the installer it drops to 2-3%. Just a headsup for anybody who is still installing the game like me.
I have been downloading the game through the Social Club software and I noticed that whilst playing Lords of the Fallen my framerate was about 3-5fps down. When I closed the software (didn't try minimising) the framerate returned to normal. I guess it is to do with what you have mentioned.
3770k (stock)

this shouldn't be a problem to get max at 1080 with 60fps right?
Yep, whoever did the code for the downloader made it very inefficient!
you can always downsampleDamn, well my monitor is limited to 1080p anyway

First attempt at installing 350.12 led to an initial failure of Windows 7 to boot (first time in 2 years I've seen a problem resulting from a driver update on this particular rig).
Subsequent reboot showed no issues.
Later reboot resulted in a failure to boot Windows 7 again.
Checked installation and no sign of PhysX installation.
Deleted driver and re-installed.
All good again and PhysX once again present.
