I got close to having an overkill on the Pit's Crazy King while manning one of the turrets. I triple killed, then as my final target entered the scene a grenade hit him which cost me the kill.

yeah I keep coming back to it to get those last few, but it's so frustrating when you just miss it by a hair. Ah well, I guess it'll be the more satisfying when I eventually get them.

Getting an overkill is actually pretty easy, I got it playing an oddball game.
Let everyone start comng towards the ball.. throw plenty of grenades.. and use the BR!

Woo, finally managed to make Live behave and get my 200th win, LT grade 3 finally, on a +14 BTB Slayer on Sandtrap as well woo.

I love spawning on the right side of Sandtrap, racing to the missile pod and taking out very vehicle heading our way within the first 30 seconds :lol

It made me think how some of the maps really are better on one side than the other, I can't snipe for toffee from the waterfall side of Valhalla, but from the beach side I get a much better view of the hill from one of the side entrances (no-one ever seems to look there for snipers :D) than from the waterfall side. I much prefer spawning inside the base on Last Resort as well, than outside.

If anyone wants to play customs/social matchmaking please add me. I have noone one as I just got my 360. I don't have the heroic map pack though. Im sick of joinin 13 player random forged map infection games with tons of lag. Im gonna be on all night tonite again so yea.

They should do away with BR start maps in non-Hardcore playlists. I mean, unless it's Big Team Slayer, I guess.

Team BR's in Isolation? Not fun.

I'm starting to really dislike this game.

EDIT: Crazy King on Isolation just got vetoed. BR on Construct it is! :/

The Construct is basically just one big trap. Spawn at the bottom and you're fucked. Damn I hate this map.

VERY NEXT FUCKING GAME: Oddball on Construct

...and after that: ODDBALL ON THE FUCKING CONSTRUCT! That God it got vetoed

It's too late in the game for me to start picking up BR skills :( But I guess I'm gonna have to.

I wish all of the games were Crazy King. I have fucking mastered that game. :lol If you don't move, people will just fly by you, shooting each other up. :lol

Does anyone else think the kill limit of 50 in TS games is too low? It's so frustrating when every TS game is over in 5 minutes, just as i'm starting to get into the game ;(

It would be much nicer if the limit was like, 70 or so.

I like it, too. But there's absolutely no need for a Battle Rifle start in Team Slayer/Social when there's a damn playlist already dedicated to it.

These decisions are worse or on par than Halo 2's split of BTB and removal of 6v6.

The playlist dedicated to battle rifle starts are ranked. I don't see the problem with some BR starts in social games as well. That's the point of matchmaking, to mix things up. Just deal with it like you deal with shotty snipers or swords games. adapt or veto.

Slayer rarely pops up in Team Hardcore as well, it seems to be mostly objective game types. I would prefer a straight up Team HC Slayer list and a different HC Objective list. Probably would split the population too much as I don't think Objective is popular enough.

i have also had games that you run out of time as well i think 70 would be to high

They really need to add Assault and one flag to Last Resort in BTB. At the moment its going to waste with the likes of VIP and to a lesser extent team slayer.

That would be fun. Heck, even Territories there in BTB would be interesting. At least it involves more variety.

Standoff could work, too.

When BTB becomes ranked, I want more than just Rat's Nest, Sandtrap, and Valhalla. Hopefully the new DLC they bring in another big map. Then it could be set until more arrive.

My console is on it's way out, I can play for maybe a match or two and I'll have to restart it due to a scrambled screen. I was going strong on COD though! :lol

I also got matched up against KevinRo tonight, why'd you leave the game buddy?!

It shows up quite frequently for me, but it often gets vetoed.

Levelling up in Lone Wolves is definitely much easier. The ranking system has so much more data to work with, and there's no chance of teammates losing the game for you. You can even level up if you finish in third place, depending on the skill levels of the players.

It's easy to level up in Double Team, too.

I am a 42 but haven't played very many games in there. Each win usually constitutes to a number up. At least that's how it was for me.

Though anything is better than HC at Warlock. Nothing like getting double-shot while walking a step after respawning.

New Team Hardcore is great when your teammates are actually playing instead of standing next to each other doing nothing :lol

Nice! the triple kills with the laser always avoid me... I only get the ones when 3 guys are in a warthog.
