It's quite fun. It's just a shame that it's restricted in Matchmaking to Anniversary maps.Wow, the Anniversery gameplay (MP) is WAY better than vanilla reach. I didn't think it would be but holy fuck it is.

Just on the pistol, with its 3SK. The faster movement speed makes grenades more tolerable, too.Is bullet damage also increased?
WHAT. Bungie needs to tell us what they use to achieve the monitor voice effect and then run the entire audiobook through it. I'd buy 100.
No, but the faster movement and higher gravity help mitigate its effectiveness, although it's still head and shoulders above everything else.Sorry for the stupid question, but is the magnetism turned down on the 3-shot pistol?

That makes sense. I thought a few times it seemed my last DMR bullet went through shields to make a headshot too, it was a bit odd.
You've got a spot if you're interested in coming back.

lolol I knew you were going to say somethingI had to help put my kids in bed, it was a rough night.
I might get back on, if you promise to put the shotgun away.
You weren't imagining that.
You weren't imagining that.
So if the final shot connects on a 1 shot remaining shield to the head it's an instant kill?
Yeah, there's bullet bleed-through AND melee bleed-through. For example: in Anniversary with the magnum it's 2 body shots + 1 headshot for kill. Shields won't pop after the two body shots. Same thing happens in TU slayer games.

Im a dirty whore.. I know
It was raining shotguns.. I couldn't help but pick them upTo be fair, I was trying to be a dirty whore. But you out-dirtied me, you whore.
So, Halo 3?
Wow, that's nice. Glad to see I came back when shit got improved a little.
Thanks!
Wow that's pretty nice Duncan

Depending on who you ask shit either improved a lot or got "totally broken".
Personally, the TU and Anniversary extended Reach's lifespan to Halo 4's release. Prior to those two additions to MP I was ready to focus my online gaming on a combination of Halo 3, Starcraft 2, and various sports titles.
343 really came through, even with Frankie as their leader.
Totally broken is extreme. It definitely took away from the game though.
I agree, possessed people are more interesting when they have the spirit in them.Just as an exorcism must take something away from the body.
We just got done with an almost 4-hour eyebleedingly long test session for Heavies.
edit: got a quick test done for Team Sumo too.
TU campaign was righteous, liberating the unenlightened masses to better gameplay.
Currently sifting through Living Dead for the Defiant achievement.
Really? The Anniversary gametype is different enough from Reach that I think it at least warrants a playlist. It is pretty much the only AA-less standard slayer/objective option in the game altogether, so there's that, too. The TU gametype just feels like a shittier version of Reach, and if you thought Reach was shitty in the first place, well...Anniversary feels terrible in my opinion. The attempts to emulate CE totally fail and make me more pissed off that they didn't try to just put Halo CE's MP on Xbox Live for the Remake. I'd rather play the modified Reach that the TU provides.

I know, you can actually five shot someone without it becoming a spam fest, what a terrible fix!
Not worth it bro.

But I poop from there. This conversation in Reach has slipped into darkness.
Absolutely.
They also did a fantastic job on the maps. They're beautiful
All the better for Halo 4.If only they didn't choose Prisoner and Damnation. They could have replaced them with some amazing maps from Halo 2 :/
Would not expect anything less from you Dax.Anybody have three render minutes for this? Worst Spree Ever.
I absolutely fucking choked on that potential overkill (Killtackular?) at the beginning, and that ending... Embarrassing.
