Halo 4's unlock system sucks?
Bingo. It goes by easier when someone else says it.

Halo 4's unlock system sucks?
Why so serious?Bingo. It goes by easier when someone else says it.
What's wrong with it?
it exists.
grinding for points so i can unlock a perk is not fun

But really, the unlock system in Halo 4 is fine. You level up so fast.
You level up fairly fast, but its boring. Half the time you're unlocking the option to "see" something you cant buy yet just like Reach was. I found that stupid then, and i find it stupid now.

If you're going to show me something after the game that's new in my inventory, at least let me use it right away.
Yeah, but that's more of a UI problem than gameplay. Actually, it's just a UI problem.
But if you're going to compare it to CoD, Halo 4 is far better because the vital perks/weapons are unlocked early on.
Mostly it's limited pistol ammo, shields for Flood, and thruster pack with nitro. In Halo Reach you could just snipe down corridors on across the map at zombies for half the round before running out of ammo. Now Flood can quickly close the difference. Imagine how Complex would have played with Reach rules in place, for instance, or how the Flood could have been mowed down on Haven. Giving the zombs a fighting chance increases the intensity of games. Obviously there are still improvements that could be made, especially to how it determines lunging, but overall I've had much more fun.If you mean the default Flood is better than default Infection, I guess. Maybe. I disagree, but I understand opinions differ. I don't understand how it's far better, though. Would you mind explaining?
That defeats the purpose of Reach's credit system then. The idea is that you can save up cR for items in the armory.
The fact that Halo 4 uses a similar armory view system doesn't make sense with the way items are unlocked.

Sure, but there's always "something" in COD. Your constantly unlocking stuff, and weapons skins, although absolutely useless, actually give you a little bit of customization that you can actually see during the game. Its stupid, but a nice option to help customize my character and make him feel my own. I think its ridiculous to have something as minute as a weapon skin take 60 levels before unlocking one.
What do you mean? Like weapon attachments? Different iron sigh icons? Laser sights? ACOG scopes? The only customization this game has is armor and weapon skins. It's hard to stretch that out enough to where you can get a piece as frequent as you do in CoD. If customization is that important to you, then you're playing the wrong game, because Halo 4 (and Reach) hardly concentrate on it as much as CoD.
So heckfu how many hours till you reveal the zoojoo alt because it's 2 mins to friday and I need some juicy news
Haha, how do you not know who it is by now?

Blaze of Glory

one or the other
I kinda like zoojoo,
I pick option 3, make ZooJoo our rightful king.
Is Halo Wars good? I picked it up from my buddy and was wondering if I should play it or not.
Halo 4's levelling system sucks, you get everything you need two hours in and BAM; the system's void.
Waste.Of.Time.
I have the credit, but i cant buy it. It unlocked, but still locked. You figure it out. Somehow that made a lot of sense to them.
Either this or interesting armor is locked behind commendations which last forever.
I will never get the assassination thing on expert, but I want the Venator armor.
Also people defending the unlock system, for 2 months special perks were behind a limited edition paywall and there are no weapon skins outside of the specialisations.
Also the UI is so bad it doesn't even tell you what your specialisation perk does.
I take it you're not familiar with the concept of window shopping.
Assassination thing is not that hard ,it takes time but its more rewarding wen you unlock it.
Using mobility, stealth mod, and thruster pack is the perfect combo for assassination. That's just me.

Yeah ,PRO mode and team throwback also .
Thing is I avoid most of the times Assassinations and try to go for a beat down.
You are the worst kind of person.
jk, but I can't stand it when people just go for assasinations/sticks. Drives me CRAZY.
Wen you have the opportunity to assassinate you take it .
I never go for sticks, except on vehicles .
Sticky is a Waste of grenades wen you go competitive ,and promethean grenades lets not talk about them.
I have a confession to make..
Where is plywould?
I wish grenade swapping could be reassigned from the d-pad... I also wish bumper jumper didn't move sprint to A. And then I wish there was a better place for AA's than X for bumper jumper.
Hmm, need more buttons.

What I don't understand is why they didn't make it up on the D-Pad, it would be easier to reach and it wouldn't interfere with Ordnance (which thankfully doesn't exist in Throwdown).
Up on d-pad is used for Ordnance re-roll. Yes, that is the entire purpose of wasting a button on the controller. I couldn't believe it the first time I saw it either.
