Wow nothing against you or your skill level, but with all of the ridiculous scores people have been posting lately, these kids must be waaaaay way worse than those that I played all weekend. This weekend, almost all the games I played were really competitive, all very close. Can't wait to drop some dong tonight.wwm0nkey said:

As you rank up, do you earn less points per game? I was playing with a friend of mine 2 ranks lower and he was averaging 100 points per game and I about half that, even though we had similar post-game stats

Not fair, I just got game booted because of an accidental kill, well, actually my team mate was trying to betray me for the flag so he could cap it, I smacked him back the 2nd time he tried it (with the flag so he died) then got booted, we were winning too, idiot.
I know I know betrails = boot, but what a idiot, he was killing me, or trying at least, I kill him once and get the boot

Can there be any doubt that Bungie included the toilets on the Powerhouse for one purpose and one purpose only? Machinima. Looking forward to the inevitable "light a match" Reach Machinima vids.

Urgh, please tell me that in the final game I can avoid getting matched up with people all in party chat so no useful callouts can be made at all. If I select the "Chatty" type how does that include people I can't bloody hear?
Helping this would be seeing who else is in a party so I know if it's Gaffers or Friends of my friend - don't feel comfortable just barging in right now to have a nosey.

The AR isn't any good past close/close-mid range, there are 4 semi auto weapons now in the DMR, Needle Rifle, Pistol, and Sniper, the grenades are more powerful, the Armor Abilities changes everything up, etc. etc. This is way harder to get into than Halo 3. Wait till the release when the MASSES get this game, and not just the hardcore Halo fans that bought ODST, and got the code online. I 'm willing to bet there will be tons of "I'm getting murdered" posts from the casual Halo fans.

I've said it several times, and I'll say it again...I'm in love with Halo all over again because of Reach. I really feel like combat is about who uses their head and skill better. You have to know how to use your weapons and abilities, and when. It's not about who shoots first, or who has the better weapon. When I take someone out with a great frag toss and a pistol headshot from halfway across the room it feels so satisfying.
