I just played some Halo 2... I wish I wouldn't have. It just brings back memories and makes me want to play more, which i'll never be able to do after tommorow :lol. Im actually hoping to get 3 other people to play matchmaking with, I would love to play against Bungie but matchmaking probably wont work that way unless im in a party of 4?

I didnt post yet because I wasnt sure if friends would be on, but I guess if we can get 4 people for matchmaking ill be more up for that than anything.

I'm pretty sure the normal visual flair wasn't if you play on the last day - it was if your b/net account has a history of playing H2 online, and you play with that same account on Reach. That's what I came to understand.

The last day of playing has to do with playing vs bungie/playing the last game for extra special things.

A super cool unknown prize for getting the very last point
A emblem for playing Halo 2 ever

Hang em High in Reach would be amazing, Reach even has fall damage! Only problem is Hang em High and even Tombstone are fairly abstract, I dont see where they would fit into story mode.
