Im confused... "Tiger entered an enclosure"?
Does that mean.. that the tiger got into an area that it normally does not have access to?

Damn, that sounds horrible.

Normally the dangerous animals (lions, tigers, etc) are kept inside when a keeper is in the enclosure. This tiger apparently got in while the keeper was in there cleaning or putting down food and the tiger attacked.

They won't kill the tiger.

A similar incident happened in Miami and the tiger was not put down. They will only do so if it is determined the tiger acted in an unnatural way.

These cats are territorial and they will naturally attack.

Edit: Since I didnt read past the OP I didn't see that an employee got killed. That's terrible, RIP.

Edited out the rest of my post too since making light of the situation knowing the facts is in poor taste.
