All my best friends are split between vacations in the Dominican Republic and Hawaii for New Years. Of course, I have next to no money, so I'm stuck here. I'm going to a small party with some people that, so far, I only know from school. Never hung out them, or their friends, otherwise. It should be fun, but I'd rather be hanging out with people I feel more comfortable around. Also, I'm going to have to drive there and back so I'll be sober in the midst of drunks. Sometimes that can be fun, but just as often, especially when I don't know the people, I regress into my own little world, completely unable to keep up with those smashed.

Still, I'll be leaving soon. I'd rather go and have an alright time then stay home and have regrets.

Man, that was a kick ass party. Everyone got pissed, great fireworks and great food. Some man decided to put his hand inside the barbeque fire whilst he was drunk :lol I actually shouldnt be laughing considering his hand is so badly burnt. It was great fun. I hope you guys have as much fun as I did.
