So instead of breaking your fasting 'hard' and having a feast, have a more sensible meal by:

-Avoiding Refined sugars, starchy carbs: Bread, Pita Bread, Nan, Pasta, Black Tea with milk and Sugar, Baklava, Rice, Cola
-Eat more sensible keto friendly meal: Eat salmon, vinegar, keto ice-cream (substitute sugar with Splenda-stevia, unprocessed coconut sugar), vegetables like brussels sprouts, broccoli
-Increase your insulin sensitivity by taking in cinnamon capsules

There are tons of videos and info on keto friendly diet and substitutions for a more healthy meal. I am sure you can find what you are looking for.

Biggest benefits to fasting is autophagy, increasing insulin sensitivity, detoxification, loosing weight, increasing human growth hormone production & immune system boost (can be hindered by cortisol if you live a stressful life).

Since Ramadan is a dry fast, it can pull water from fluid accumulation (mild edemas) from parts of your body.

Always do it after. Working out while fasting won't benefit you anything bro

Do it right before you break your fast. This has to do with insulin sensitivity. This will ensure that all the protein and nourishment will go into the quads or the muscle group that you have worked out. You have already increased insulin sensitivity due to fasting, now you are going to increase insulin sensitivity like a fuck ton because you are doing weight bearing exercises. This will drastically increase muscle growth.

Thanks Mista Mista and Kazekage1981 Kazekage1981 for the suggestions. I always train right before iftar like Kazekage said, albeit with less intensity than usual.
Since this was leg day I was a bit apprehensive but it wasn’t as tiring as I thought it would be. Basically I increased rest time between sets and reduced the number of sets for each exercise.
