So instead of breaking your fasting 'hard' and having a feast, have a more sensible meal by:
-Avoiding Refined sugars, starchy carbs: Bread, Pita Bread, Nan, Pasta, Black Tea with milk and Sugar, Baklava, Rice, Cola
-Eat more sensible keto friendly meal: Eat salmon, vinegar, keto ice-cream (substitute sugar with Splenda-stevia, unprocessed coconut sugar), vegetables like brussels sprouts, broccoli
-Increase your insulin sensitivity by taking in cinnamon capsules
