Has anyone here watched Super Dragon Ball Heroes?

Holy Shit! It's amazing. It takes place after Dragonball Super and it is very multiversal. It's pretty much what I ever wanted as a kid. You see SSJ4, God mode, etc, and tons of returning characters from GT also.

I wish there is an eventual dub and Bluray version that comes to the west of this.

Is Vegeta short for Vegetable? I only know about the over 9000 meme.

Saiyans are named after vegetables.
ginyu force dairy products.
  • Vegeta (Bejīta) - The first six letters of "vegetable".
  • King Vegeta (Bejīta-Ō) - Same as Vegeta's.
  • Tarble (Tāburu) - Believed to be taken in English as 'Table', making this name another a pun on "vegetable", particularly its last five letters. Curiously, this would mean both Tarble and his brother Vegeta's names pun "vegetable".
  • Bardock (Bādakku) - A pun on a Japanese root vegetable, a "Burdock".
  • Borgos (Totepo) - A pun on "potato".
  • Beets (Bīttsu) - named after the vegetable beets. He also shares his name pun with the Saiyan hero Beat (Bīto).
  • Broly (Burorī) - A pun on "broccoli".
  • Cabba (Kyabe) - A pun on "cabbage". In the Japanese version, when Kale first transforms to her Legendary Super Saiyan state, she calls him Cabbage (the same way Roshi calls Broly in movie 8 - "broccoli")
  • Caulifla (Kaurifura) - Comes from the vegetable, cauliflower.
  • Fasha (Seripa) - Formed by rearranging the letters in "parsley" into "seylipa" and shortening the "sey" into a "se". In the beta name her name was Korn based on the word corn.
  • Gine - Derives from negi, the Spring Onion in Japanese.
  • Kale (Kēru) - Named after a type of green of the same name.
  • Leek (Rīku) - named after the vegetable leek.
  • Kakarot (Kakarotto) - Goku's birth name, an interesting mutation of "carrot".

Dragon Ball was something we could only appreciate as children. Nowadays the humongous displays of power and strength Goku and company used to display would be considered lazy and cheap writing. I remember the anime being a simple case of "hold my beer" as they charged up to the next level.

I saw it at the cinema with my family. The lack of a dub did not deter my youngest from fully investing in the film. The two super heros made me genuinely laugh a few times.
