I know this sounds weird, but after watching Dr. Phil and hearing a women talk about getting raped, I was thinking: Have there been any cases where the man was the one getting raped, and if so, do you think he minded? Women always talk about how embarrassing it is for them to talk about, which is understandable, but if some extremely hot women tried to rape you would you really resist?

Not sure if it ever happened, but go look at the WNBA page for some likely candidates if it ever does happen.

Uh, yes. Of course.

As for the second part of the question, well you answered it yourself. If the guy wants sex, it's not rape. If he doesn't want sex, it's rape.

You are probably thinking violent rape. Guys do get raped. Think getting him drunk to the point of being unconscious and having sex with him. Sure it doesn't sound much and you don't know how willing he would have been. But had it been the other way around, it would be rape and everyone would be all over you. Now if a girl got you so drunk and had sex with you, would you have really wanted that without your permission? I mean, you don't know if she used a condom or had any STD's.

Otherwise, you can't rape the willing.

i wouldn't say i've been raped, but i've been shamefully taken advantage of after i've downed more than my fair share of alcohol quite a few times. basically, had i been sober, i wouldn't have even looked at those same girls.

Yes there are cases and in all of those cases it doesn't really matter if the person minded during or after when determining if it was rape/sexual assault. Rape and sexual assault have different rules per state though so you have to be careful with which one the woman would actually be charged with.

The same thing has happened to me incognito, its a wierd feeling when you wake up laying naked next to a complete stranger with scratches all over your back and no recollection of how any of it came to be. Especially when you find out later from your "friends" that the woman wasnt even drunk, i bet that wouldn't of flew with her friends if i had done the same to her lol.

Getting a boner while that drunk is damn near impossible.

Your brother's bf used a form of popular music developed especially in African-American urban communities and characterized by spoken or chanted rhyming lyrics with a syncopated, repetitive rhythmic accompaniment on him?

We call that whiskey dick.

Didn't an episode of Law and Order try to 'examine' this. In this particular story a male stripper was raped because he could not allow himself to attack women even in self defence when they raped him. The defence argued that it wasn't rape since
a) Rape is defined by having penetration
b) The guy had an erection thus it was consentual
Anyway in typical fashion it didn't answer any questions but interesting nonetheless.

I always thought that it was legal impossible for a women to rape a man through conventional sex. The rule that and erection givves consent.

The unwritten rule being that I've never meet a man that would complain.

I seem to recall that the courts decided that a man didn't have control over his erection, and thus was not "actively trying to participate in sex".

That is not true. According tot he countless pictures I've seen of drunken idiots. :lol

Get this one. I have a friend who is a nurse, and she would tell me about the raging boners guys would get when they were put to sleep for surgery.

:lol This is something for you all. No matter how professional the female nurses seem, they all gather to gossip or joke about male patients and their raging boners. If it is a clinic, you bet the secratery will jump in on this one. This is just to explain the giggles some of you receive as you walk out. :D

As far as the erection being a form of consent, the above proves it not to be a valid argument.

Well it's Law and Order and not factual. However in the secanario(sp?) it was used as an defence mechanicism since he was a heterosexual and fully concious plus it was 3 attractive women. The prosectution had a doctor who made the same points above etc.

There was a case in Queensland, Australia once where some guy was passed out and this chick had a go.

Went to court, IIRC.

There's also the issue of unwillingly becoming a father, which could lead to years of forced child support payments.

I remember reading in the paper years ago, it was the story of a guy the went to go get some drinks for himself and the girl his was with, and he sliped roofies into her drink. Problem was he mixed up the drinks and ended up taking the roofies himself. The girl found out what he was up too and took him back to her place and anally assaulted him with her dildo.

How did it end up in the paper, the guy was stupid enough to go to the police complaining that he was raped.

Something about that album cover...no matter what topic it goes in, it always elicits laughter. Hell, you can put it in a "My grandmother died while trying to save me" topic and that shit will make me smile.
