What I've learned working in certain industries and meeting so many people is that 'normal time' is relative to the company and to the person.Starting your work day at 8 or 9 AM does not require anyone to wake up "early," it requires them to wake up at a normal time and manage their lives outside of work so they can do so.
It's simple time management skills and part of being an adult.
In hospitals there are some night owls who couldn't be any happier working overnight shift. I've also met people who prefer the busy bustle of an afternoon shift because they like the fast pace of things. And then there are early morning types who genuinely prefer the 8-5 or 7-4 and wake up to see the sunrise.
To each type, that's their normal work time.
The person in the video is younger and might not yet realize they prefer something different. The unfortunate thing here is that they decided to post a video online about it.
