Sounds like Pharrell with Jay-z off the Neptunes CD. Name of the song is Frontin'. Jamie Callum also does a bitchin cover.

If you've breathing and have a pulse, this mix'll get you moving. I suggest you get it. Aslo, it is Pharrell. I didn't know how to spell his name, but I knew that was him. I've seen the video in the past and thought it was dope back them. It's even doper in this soulful-house mix. I'm reminded of this t-shirt.
