Ok 4 years after dropping out of college I am now in the process of taking steps to go back. I was a computer science major the first time around but have since realized it's not what I want to do with my life. I'm looking to get into the coorparate buisness world. Can anyone suggest some majors that will get me to my goals?

Think of the skills you need for business. I can only really think of two that are important, speaking and writing, and of the two, only speaking is make-or-break. You need to be able to propose an idea, persuade, convince, and get people to act on your ideas.

Given that, does it really matter what major you choose? Just make sure you take at least one public speaking class, and any major will be fine. I may go into business myself, and I'm a music major. I don't expect to have problems finding a job, because I have a good deal of charisma and I have the ability to sway an audience.

Political Science, it will at least help you with getting your ideas across in a clear consice manner. I was in a similar situation a dropout who was a Comp Sci major (only it was 1 1/2 after dropping out of college), and now I'm in my first semester back. I've gotta say I'm loving it so far.
