Tune into the stream now, we got a drum-off happening.
Your pathetic slippery slope argument is that screaming at someone is tantamount to battery. Who is stopping your Nazi buddy from walking away from the noise?
You're dismissed now

I'm talking about shoving someone, is that not legally considered assault in the US? What's with the insults, buddy?

This would be better if the chanters knew how to stay on beat of a basic eight count!

You have no clue what you're arguing anymore. You complained yelling at Nazis was going to lead to battery and pissing on them. Stop being a contrarian for lulz. And I'm not your buddy, FYI.
Why you sticking your neck out for the Nazis? You know for a fact they wouldn't do it for you. I get human decency and all that, but if any of those nazis considers being shouted at shoved a little assault or too much, then I hope they never personally laughed at someone protesting in a Trump rally.
Dork. Going with the "*snort snort* thats illegal" angle. People get pushed, punched and kicked for all kinds of reasons..no one is checking their law book before getting in someones face.
-EDIT-
Again...that kid went there LOOKING for trouble. If that happened out of the cameras view that ends differently and thats okay too.
You need to calm down, pal, I was literally just asking someone where the line would be crossed when dealing someone like that.
I don't need to do anything, but I enjoy pointing out your hypotheticals aimed at empathizing with Nazis. Please proceed, though.
First you can't punch nazis, now you can't yell at nazis. What's next?
Oh I have no doubt that they wouldn't, but I do like to think I'm better than nazis.
Sure it happens all the time, but I don't usually see it? Can't defend what you don't see. As for your earlier question, I've been in conflict plenty of times, but I've never had dozens of people gang up on me at once while alone. Conflict is uncomfortable enough when two people gang up on you.
Nah, it's more than that. It's bringing people together, in the real world, in a way that a Facebook profile image never can.
Just the other night there was the one guy who was getting harassed by Nazi trolls and then that woman came up, gave him a hug and stayed with him until the trolls left. Another guy came down from Toronto to be on the stream and ended up going out for drinks with people he met there.
Those are just two examples that we know of, certainly more have already taken place and will continue to take place over the next weeks, months and years.
Exactly, there are other ways to create change other than just money. This is an art piece that, like most art, aims to create empathy. And it seems to have been successful in that for some people.
I understand and sympathize, but here is the thing you've got to realize about Nazis. They prey on that kind of stuff. They prey on "Well, I don't agree with them, but we should give them a chance to speak!" kind of stuff. They are the epitome of giving an inch and taking a mile. Got to let go of your traditional sense of being a good person because we can not give Nazis even an inch. Even if we sacrifice some of what we think make us good or better people, we can not give them even an inch or they will try and use it to make a noose around our necks.
The best thing to come from this is that people are quite willing to stand up to trolls and challenge them, and it's obvious said trolls don't know how to handle it.
I think they just expected people to back down or give up like they seem to online, but I think this gives a lot of people ideas on how to actually handle them online now... persistence, and out-shouting them.
And that all of them are chicken-shits in real life.
I like how there's trump supporters shouting in the backround at almost 3 AM. hope they get arrested for a noise complaint.
Haha. People still going at 4am! Nice!
EDIT: Now they're playing Sandstorm! Turnin' into a rave!!
The guys in the back playing music seem like pretty obvious trolls though.
The guy with the glasses? Maybe. I saw one of them holding up a sign that seemed like a link to a reddit page (?) I think. So yeah, I suppose. Still, pretty humorous.
Playing meme songs, kept trying to say "He will unite us" instead of "He will not divide us", trying to constantly be funny in the background.
The idiot Nazi that you're having a great time defending put his hands on shias face multiple times during the encounter. He also was screaming back in shias face and ears, although his screams were limply puttered out by a little weakling. Almost as limp and weak as concern trolling for nazis.I'm talking about shoving someone, is that not legally considered assault in the US? What's with the insults, buddy?
Oh god, some dumb /pol/ user is there giving the most awkward shout-outs ever.
Hey what is "pol"?
I worked last night and couldnt help myself from watching some of this. These two asian nerds kept mentioning threads on pol. No idea what that is. Thanks
The political forum on 4chan. Mostly filled with neo-Nazis and alt-right idiots.
Gameboy Color guy has more charisma than all of the alt righters that have shown up combined.
