I don't think she was inebriated. She complied pretty quickly when she wrecked. If she was drunk I don't imagine she'd be able to get out of the car, and calmly walk backwards to the cops like she did. Personally, I was hoping with the way her pants were hanging that they'd drop down to her ankles and she'd trip and fall while walking backwards.
