Meh, I just like knowing things. One way or the other, it doesn't change anything. Just amuses me.
Every forum that uses this software uses that form.
How would you possibly implement it? Also ignore the people who quote the ignored? What if they quote you and the ignored person in the same post? Rewrite the code to ignore half a post?
The server would probably double its workload just to sort through what parts to ignore and who to ignore. What if someone decides to be clever and quotes the ignored inside a quote tree? Probably crash the thread.
I get what you want, but it's not possible with current forum coding.

Totally taking this for further use.
We want as few admin accounts as possible to lower the risk of them being compromised.
There used to be around 10 or so, but we removed the status from most accounts since it adds almost no functionality that's relevant to moderation, but has a lot more power to do system end things that you wouldn't want anyone that's not a DBA doing really.
