From what I've heard it's supposed to be early 90's rap.

I can do 90s rap so long as the beats are good. I really hope some gameplay or a soundtrack tease come out soon.

HM is one of the most atmospheric games ever made. One of the big devs should look at this game and figure out what makes it go and then make a game based around it.

Music is as stylish and disturbing as ever again.
Gameplay looks on par with the first game, hopefully some interesting levels/scenarios will show up.
I'll double dip on PSN/Vita version next week, so hopefully a console/handheld port of Wrong Number isn't far off from the PC-release.

I think that's Cactus (Jonatan Söderström), one of the devs. I also think he's the one who's designed everything in Hotline Miami.
