Hotline Miami 2 : Wrong Number

How about Eurodance and Techno?

Would killlllll for a eurodance-influenced soundtrack. The first game, didn't particularly care for the gameplay but damn the soundtrack was so good, and the possibility of 90's dance music in this game has me salivating.

What I'm most interested to see is how they implement music this time around that evokes an early 90's vibe. Are they going to go with some kind of alternative rock soundtrack, or maybe a dark twist on cheesy 90's house music?

From what I've heard it's supposed to be early 90's rap.

WTF!?!
HM is one of the most atmospheric games ever made. One of the big devs should look at this game and figure out what makes it go and then make a game based around it.

Greeeeattttt

When the music suddenly stopped and he laid all over her removing his pants...I got chills. Just disturbing.

Love that they added Jasper Byrne's "Voyager" which didn't make it in to the original.

Only a few tracks are played and you can already tell they're set to top the soundtrack from the original. These guys are wizards.

Music is as stylish and disturbing as ever again.

Gameplay looks on par with the first game, hopefully some interesting levels/scenarios will show up.

I'll double dip on PSN/Vita version next week, so hopefully a console/handheld port of Wrong Number isn't far off from the PC-release.

The gameplay looks like the first, which is fine because I had a lot of fun with it, but goddamn am I excited for the music in this game.

The music is what I was concerned about the most. That video pretty much took care of that. Instant buy for both game and soundtrack.

Looks very good so far, especially the gameplay and music.

So happy to hear they're going with similar music and returning artists + fan submitted tracks. Looks amazing, one of my most anticipated games this year.

Also, The Zebra! That's all I've ever wanted. Will make initial attack so much more interesting when starting levels.

The first song that plays in the gameplay video is so fucking good. All the music is. Hotline Miami is one of the best games of 2012, and everyone should play it.
