What are your tips? Milk helped a little but I think something thick like yoghurt would be better

I find milk mitigates things but that's about it. You're still going to feel those peppers burning their way through your guts even if you eat a loaf of bread and guzzle a gallon of milk.

Honestly? My tip is don't do it.

If you're dead set on doing it though, two tips:

1. Eat it fast.

2. Let the milk or whatever dairy you're using sit on your tongue for a few seconds and swish it around. Swallowing it immediately isn't going to help you.

The Carolina Reaper. Me and my older cousin always have competitions over who can handle hot sauce/peppers the best. We had dried Carolina Reapers and it fucked our shit up.

I certainly found that was the case this morning... I could have used an ice cream.... if you know what I mean

Also you can cut out a lot of the heat from many peppers by just taking out the seeds. It will still be hot as Hell but just not quite as hot.

Do not eat them fast...that is a rookie mistake. Chew until it is liquid...pain in the mouth not anywhere else.

If you can chew a 1.5 million scoville unit pepper into liquid, more power to you. I'll look forward to seeing your adventures with Jessica Jones and the rest of the Defenders.

I think it needs to be something with a lot of fat, so either some sugary butter/milk drink, or greasy cheese might help.

As others have said though, if you can't handle when eating it, there's no amount of cheese/milk that's going to help when it goes through your stomach/colon, I guess.

I didn't think I'd be watching a vape video at work today. Let alone one by an older man
vaping a pepper and snorting it

The worst thing Steve-O ever did was probably when he snorted Wasabi. You can almost see how parts of his brain shuts off. You nose is incredible sensitive as it is.

I wonder if you snorted caroline reapers if you could die?

You need to watch Wild Boys haha. He gets stung by Bullet Ants, gets his ass pinched by coconut crabs and runs around in a zebra costume through a pride of lions.

I was talking to my boss about making some chili last weekend, he grows hot peppers and is apparently super serious about it because his eyes just lit up when he started talking about the Carolina Reapers he was growing. I'm afraid to ask for one and I've used those scotch bonnet peppers in my slow cooker stuff multiple times now.

I dunno, I recently bought some Carolina reapers from a chain store and wasn't impressed. Ate two whole and honestly have experienced home grown peppers from friends that were hotter.

Was a let down for sure. However they taste great and really added to the cooking I do.
