I've decided to post one topic instead of all three I was thinking of posting.
Save some room on the boards and still get out everything I needed to.

1. Tech Question
Is there a device that can take RCA audio and convert it so I can plug in my headphones and listen to it? I have a new TV, but it has no headphone plug. I was thinking maybe I could run video into TV and audio to my headphones.

2. Houston Sunsets
Now that the first real cold front has blown through in Houston, we've been treated to some absolutely gorgeous sunsets. This trend will continue as long as it's cold outside. I figure I'll see the last good sunset of the season in March or April.

3. My godson came to visit!
He's only gained 2 ounces in 7 days. Not good news for the little guys, but it's nothing too bad. They may need to switch him to formula soon so he'll gain some weight.

Hey, you live in Houston too? What part? I live in League City, but im off at college right now in Vermont, so right about now im missing the great weather. I've always told my freinds up here that Texas gets some of the best sunrises and sunsets. Good to see im not the only one thinking that!

I have a Y adaptor, but I don't know how to plug my headphones into that.
Do they have female headphones?

1.Technically, you're looking for Male RCA Stereo Plugs -> 3.5mm Stereo Male Plug and a 3.5mm Mono Male Plug to 3.5mm Stereo Female Jack. Ideally you'd want the RCA to have a female end, but those aren't so abudantly available. Know this and Radio Shack will take good care of you.

Then again, I'm having some trouble finding what I'm talking about on Google, so...

it'll work, just one problem: the audio signal will be at one level, and that level will probably be loud. you might want to use to headphones that have a volume control.
