Is it similar to Counter Strike (and most first person shooters) with an expanding crosshair or is it more realistic like Metal Gear Solid where you use iron sight aiming? None of the previews I've read describe this detail.

Well it represents the direction of how realistic the game will be. Iron sights being more true to life. While an early demo like the press played at E3 is subject to change for sure, I was curious how the aiming worked on the shooting gallery level.
