How is your GAF social network?

I post in about 5 or 6 major community threads, and made a lot of good friends.

Shout-outs to SonicGAF in particular. We may be cynical (and rightfully so), but we're a close-knit bunch.
 
I shared a hotel room and bed with my boy Sol. Beef and I went to lunch that one time too.

I also have quite a few friends from ComicsGAF. Shutouts to JC bless his soul.

Plus other friends who I talk to on Twitter, mainly from BCT. Got a couple on Tumblr too.

I chat with a bunch of mods on the regular, and I've met two GAFfers: Dax and Gotchaye.

Both were very nice.

I used to play a lot of Shadowrun with some GAFfers, but that was a long time ago.
 
Only member I've talked to outside of the site is TEJ (shoutout to TEJ :) ) Thought it would be cool to meet some of you guys in real life someday especially from PhillyGAF and NBAGAF.
 
I'm a casual at best. That said, I participated when I thought I could contribute, gave away a fuckload of Dreamcast stuff and XBox games, some Steam stuff around the holidays, did a couple of Secret Santas, participated in the LEGO build-offs and gave away a couple of PC cases, random bits and a Radeon 7950 to people in the 'I need a new PC' threads.

I like helping people out when I can and honestly loved giving to and interacting with the community when possible, but I'm pretty sure that this forum is not for me any more.

Maybe I'm too old/staid or 'not with it' or whatever, but honestly this place reads like crazytown now, and now I just browse from a distance somewhat bemused at the goings-on.
 
I follow all the coolest gaffers on FB and some of us have a discord chat we hang out in. They put up with my weirdness, so that's cool.

There's some posters I respect, like if I see them post I know it will be a quality post. Not sure how that applies.

There's a lot of people from NarutoGAF, One Piece GAF, and Dragon Ball GAF I can recognize on sight and say "hey, that guy is cool." Same with Pics That Make you Laugh people.
 
I used to be more in touch, meeting gaffers IRL and chatting on other channels daily. Now I only talk to a handful of users outside NeoGAF, one being my boyfriend who I met on here.
 
I follow/talk to some folks on Twitter and met a few irl. Don't always agree with them on and stuff but everyone I speak to from here are awesome people <3
 
I have contact with a lot of GAF members on Twitter and I consider some of them my friends. Nothing for Facebook or other stuff, just Twitter is all I know them from, and I gotta say they are nice :)
 
Nonexistent

There's a few people that I used to talk to somewhat regularly but that all ended when I fucked off to the army for 2 years
 
Non-existant. I've sent like 5 PMs back and forth with another member, and that's about it. I don't need any more friends in my life.
 
I interact with a few people from GAF on Twitter but that's about the extent of it.

I'm pretty close friends with people who have accounts here but they're people I already knew from elsewhere.
 
I am good friend with only 1 throughout my stay, although I met another in a festival and was cool to have a chat with him throughout the festival.

I dont have any friends, when I think about I didnt join with that as an objective, although when I think about that - I get the impression that most of Gaf is in USA, (but I guess long distance is safer sex). I am UK.

Alternatively people say having a sense of humour helps.
