I have some from like the 16th. Is it safe to eat? My allergies are acting up and I can't really smell anything :lol

Help me, GAF!

pretty much ^this. its rice......
can you not afford the 20 cents to make some more?

We once left it in the fridge for a week, one of the nastiest smells ever. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 days after it's been cooked.

Fried rice? I'd probably throw it out.

But as said earlier, if you get some regular rice left over... freeze it up to store it and you can keep it for a long time, and when microwaved it still tastes awesome!

You don't cook? What are you? 15?

I don't cook fried rice! Anyone can make plain old white rice. Hell, I don't cook but I could do that :lol

Cooking the rice (without a rice cooker that is) is actually harder than frying it.

How to fry rice: Get a pan, heat oil in it.... toss in the goddamn cooked rice, stir, don't let it burn.

(if you feel really bold you could at exotic stuff like onions, garlick, chilli pepers and chicken)

You need to get a rice cooker, man.
I know I love my rice cooker. Rarely ever ate rice when I was living with my folks but now I almost exclusively make rice based dinners.

Similar to what's on my menu tonight:
Rice + minced meat + garlic, + onions + spring onions + 1 chilli pepper + soy sauce mixed with chilli sauce + chopped up carrots = sooooo good. 2 fried eggs to top it off.

Sounds like you are making 'nasi goreng' (Indonesian style fried rice) tonight.

Yeah I make it like that too, minus the carrots (not a fan)

Dude what kind of fridges do you guys own? I mean I don't feel comfortable eating anything two weeks old from the fridge but rice can last for weeks for me.

I have a simple electronic one. Dunno if it can steam cook other stuff. I just love how you can turn it on and not have to worry about it while you cook other stuff <3. About 30 min later you have perfectly cooked rice.

That would be "fried" ;)

Mind you, you also have Sambal Goreng Telor (egg in a fried chilli paste) Bakmi Goreng (Fried noodles) Kentang Goreng (Fried potatoes... also known as French fries :P)

Longest time = 7 days old, I have eaten (basmati, pakistani here)

Very stale, dried too, ate half, then just said fuck it, threw it out and boiled another pot in rice cooker

Do you add any other vegetables or anything else?
