How many subscription services do you have?

PS+, Netflix, Prime, ExpressVPN, FFXIV x2, O365.

I get HBOMax free with my Fiber internet, but would drop it in a second if they started asking for money.

Every time I consider turning off PS+ they make the monthly freebie something actually worthwhile and it justifies itself for another year. The discounts during random sales have sort of paid off over time too I guess. I'm all digital so it's the closest we get to the deeper, earlier discounts physical gets.

I've tried to get rid of Netflix multiple times, but been vetoed by the wife each time. There's been a few shows lately that have made it okay to keep around I guess.

Prime is Prime. I was getting it before Prime Video was even around. I order enough random stuff from them that I get our money's worth out of the shipping costs. Prime Video has had some good stuff. Expanse, Counterpart, few other random shows.

ExpressVPN would negate the need for all the streaming services really, but I sort of expect things to change with torrenting eventually making this workaround no longer an option somehow.

Been playing FFXIV since 1.0 days. It's never going away. Some months I play tons, other months I play enough to get tomes, and then go play console stuff I picked up on sale.

Was using a very old email address and the servers for that finally shut down. Went with a O365 family plan to replace that. Was good to redo my email address finally anyhow to be something less stupid to spell out everywhere.

Netflix, exclusively.

I already feel like I waste too much time watching stuff. I probably couldn't juggle multiple services. I am mostly happy with Netflix, but I do wish they cared about horror as a genre more.

Gamepass Ultimate
Apple One
O365 through Surface Purchase
Netflix
Amazon Prime
HboMax through ATT Sub

Necro bump, but I just wanted to say that today I canceled the last subscription service I had: iCloud. 0 from now on.

Of course I'm still paying for utilities, lol.

It feels goooood.

Just Netflix personally

I don't really use it, I subscribe mainly for my kid to watch Pokemon and other shows

YouTube Premium and my mobile data plan but that's more a utility.

YT Premium is the only thing i am subscribed to month after month. It's the same price as Spotify but with YT Premium I get YT Music and no ads when watching videos.

Things like Netflix and other subscriptions I only sign up for a month at a time whenever I want.

I'm very selective and jump from month to month. So at most one. There just isn't enough material in any one single service to warrant a continuous subscription. Also, quite often you get a good offer as they want you to return. Of course, if you're very well-off then convenience is enough to not cancel and keep several subs.

If I was forced to have one for a year it'd probably be Netflix as, while there isn't much quality, they have the best quantity of shows/movies I would consider watching. But eventually you start scraping the bottom of the barrell, so you might want to reconsider your choice of entertainment medium.

None.

I rather buy my songs on CDs, or iTunes if I don't care enough to buy CDs (most being imported from Japan).

Right now I have YouTube Premium (student subscription at $7.99/month), Peacock TV for a year, Switch Online for a year, CARROT weather for a year, and NY Times Games (I think I got a discount and it's $1.99/month)

Prime Video (I think this is £8.99 with next day delivery)
Netflix £18.99
Spotify £20, but I pay for the family plan.

Does my gym count? If so, that's another £40 per month.

£87.98

PS premium
Paramount + through walmart plus
Peacock through Xfinity.
Netflix through tmobile but switching soon because the hospital discount is being changed around to Verizon so Ill be switching back to Xfinity mobile because its cheaper.

I bitched at Xfinity for raising prices and they gave me three years of peacock for free.

Spotify Family Plan
Google One 100GB
Apple iCloud 2TB Family Plan
YouTube Premium Family Plan
