Hi, I'm the lead designer on the original game. Amazing what you accomplished! Really gives a taste of what a full modern remaster could be. Impressive work!

Pretty cool to see! Hit & Run deserves a re-release on modern platforms and Steam.

I'd rather have a remaster of Hit and Run. Most Simpsons games are trash.

this game was my jam

Something that's kind of interesting to note is that because the Kwik-E-Mart has glass doors and windows, the camera in the original game purposefully doesn't let you look outside since nothing is there. So when you're walking around an interior level, which are small and seperate from the rest of the map, the camera is less like GTA and pulls back to show a little more of the interior. That is to say in the original Hit & Run, I think the developers liked showing off the interiors and the different animations in the background. That stuff would be really cool to see in a remaster.

The Simpson's Movie game was really good. Too bad we never saw a re-release. The movie will be 15yo next year and people were saying the Simpsons were dead then lol.

I've been watching The Simpsons from the beginning on Disney Plus and got to say that series 1-10 are pure gems.
