how you stop eat so much??

i had a patient that lost over 400 lbs I asked him how he did it because this was the days before GLP1 drugs, he said he tried everything but the only thing that worked for him was meth. good luck OP

Quick solutions:

1) Drink a lot of water before eating. They're empty calories and you'll feel full faster.

2) Eat a ton of vegetables before your main course. Most of them are extremely low calorie (there's a reason why most of our parents told us to do this as kids).

3) If you don't care to actively workout much, buy a workout bike. You can burn a ton while watching something or even playing games.

All 3 together are preferrable, but simply 1 and 2 will help a ton.

Losing weight is easy. Keeping it off is hard.

For me, I know exactly what to do when I want to lose weight. I cut out booze and sugar and talk a 30 minute walk at lunch each day. That's it. 3 months later I'm down 30 lbs, It's simple. I dont do portion control, reduce fat, or any other fad.

The problem for me is I love pop, just love it. It's my favorite thing in the whole world. I can ignore the booze easy but a nice cool Pepsi just makes my day. I'd rather be how I am (which isn't fat but I'm definitely overweight imo) than give up pop!

In fact… I'm going to get one now.

dont care bout taking no ozmpic crud drugs quit drinking beers buuuut food imposuible i cant stop eating food taste so good for me eating less deverstating
I've lost almost 40kg/88lbs (from 125kg/276lbs to 85kg/188lbs) over the last 3 years. No magical diet or drugs.

Started by avoiding as much sugar, wheat and corn as I could. Nothing dramatic, just tried to be aware of it. As that shit just makes my cravings for food stronger.

Devided my meals into smaller portions. So instead of 2-3 HUGE meals I had 4-5 smaller meals devided through the day, which slowly helped my stomach to shrink. The secret for me was to not go around hungry.

Drank a lot of non-sugared liquids. I sodastream just clean water, but that's just a personal preference.

I bought a rowing machine and an ellipse machine. Again, here I started out slow. The trick is to try and not wear yourself out completly each session as that can make your mind accosiate exercise with something negative. I started out with the ellipse machine in front of the TV so I could play some mindless games while I worked out. I started out with something extremely short like 5 minutes/day. Then for every week I added 2 minutes, slowly building up my stamina and letting my muscles get used to the routine until I reached a point where I could burn 300-400 calories/day.

Cold turkey diets or going to a professional gym has never worked out for me. But this slow-slim/low-effort work-out lifestyle has done wonders for me.

I hope you figure something out my friend, and remember if you slip up/have a weak moment and eat shit you shouldn't...it's not the end of the world. Just keep on keeping on.

The nurse at my Drs office gave me some tips from her 90lb weight loss journey. No sugar or processed foods and avoid carbs. If you're feeling hungry eat a hardboiled egg and/or some nuts, all the protein will help you feel full. Drink a shot of apple cider vinegar everyday too. Just eating meals that consist of 2/3 veggies and 1/3 meat will contribute to weight loss too as it keeps you under 2,000 calories. It's ok to have a sandwhich or pasta few times twice a week, you dont have to go balls out with a diet. I dont qualify for weight loss drugs since i'm not prediabetic, so i've been taking steps in the right direction. I've lost some weight so far but these taco trucks near me are my weakness.

You have to really want to stop eating so much and then stick to it as much as possible. And when you slip start over. Expect to slip and don't give up.

Use a calorie calculator and shoot for a pound of weight loss a week. Be prepared to be really hungry for the first month or so which will calm down to simple, but manageable hunger. After six months that will mostly all go away. It's okay to cheat every once in a while (every few weeks). Start walking 5,000 steps a day to start and up that to 10,000 steps after a few months. You don't even need to adjust your dietary habits all that much as long as you are running at a calorie deficit though, if you are a soda drinker, I'd recommend cutting that out entirely.

Keto worked for me. I'd stuff my face at 12 and then 8pm, nothing in between. I was averaging 15 carbs per day, lost a lot of weight and didn't feel hungry in between, also no mid-day crash. It was great, but pizza and ice cream are too good.

Certainly intermediate fasting with a long workout you'll lose 20+ lbs in a year, there's other strategies to stop eating so much, try cutting back, start off with a good breakfast would be smart, love a healthy lunch and reward yourself for dinner (MJ would eat pizza before Bulls games) and if food is on your mind provide yourself with something else other than food.

thank you my friends i will try your codes buuuut borned to hungry

No one can teach you any tricks to overcome your hunger. The will must come from within. Nothing will really help until the day comes that your REALLY want a change and are motivated for change.

Live your best life my dude. But a bit of exercise, even just some knee-lifts and/or walking up and down some stairs will do wonders for your vascular system/blood flow and help keep that heart ticking.
