So if I was just getting into her music..... start with Medulla? (I mean Ive heard some radio and MTV songs years ago...Human Behaviour). If not at Medulla where should I start?

Fuck no, don't start w/ Medulla.

Post is a GREAT starter album IMO.

I'd say just go chronologically (Medulla last that is). It's the way the Björk fanboys fell in love with her

I'd say start chronological too. (at least for the first three - Debut, Post, Homogenic)

I think if you listen to those out of order you might not be able to appreciate them all for what their worth. Maybe you should start with the Sugarcubes actually...?

Though I'm not saying anyone else should, I started with Vespertine.

Hidden Place made me an instant fan.

Chronologically would be starting with Bjork 1977.

That's not really advised =P

But yeah, Debut>Post>Telegram>Homogenic>Selmasongs>Verpsertine>Medulla

And somewhere in there, check out Gling Glo and the stuff she did with KUKL and Sugarcubes.

Sugarcubes albums are kind of... like a more whacked out version of the B-52's or something, but I like them a lot.
