Your $1 ridiculousness aside, the actual Humble Indie Bundle (and these days, also the HIB4AaPC or whatever they call it now) is exactly the same way it was before: every game is required to be W/M/L with both Steam and DRM-free versions, and most come with OSTs. The difference is that they now do a wide range of other deals besides the proper HIBs.
In this case, that would be with the beneficial organization whose existence makes their lives better over the scumbags trying to scam games for a penny. Sorry not sorry.

And if the offer specifically says in bold "pay whatever you want" then paying a penny and reselling them for whatever IS NOT a scam. It's called a flip, as the real estate industry calls it, totally legal. It just comes down to whether or not your a jackass enough to pay that premium for a HIB key. I could list a laundry load of other examples of industries or private business deals where the buyer pays a EXTREMELY tiny price only to resell for 20x-200x that amount. That IS NOT a scam, it might be "abuse of customer ignorance" but that's about where the problem stops.

Yeah, tried all yesterday to get arkham asylum running, never got to the first cutscene. Select difficulty, and boom, crash to desktop. I got this error message once, but every other time it just states that bmgame has stopped working.

I accidentally clicked to redeem the Smaug's Treasure DLC before I added Guardians of Middle-earth and now I just have a message that says "you need to purchase the base product first" without a way to redeem it. What am I supposed to do to get the DLC now?
