Go to the "Missions" section (top right) Hours of cool Nasa audio. The sounds themselves are public property. I didn't personally acquire the sounds, so i don't know specifically. Hey, also check out the other 3 sites at bottom left... dinosaur sounds is my fav.

Well obviously the sound aren't really "sounds" in that there is no way for sound waves to propagate through the vacuum of space. But the sounds are real in that they are somehow created using the actual pulsar signals
