I can't believe Capcom actually released that Onimusha 3 katana controller over here.

Square and Enix merging. wtf? Big daddy of Japan.

Metal Gear Solid remake for GC. I have my own reasons for been shocked about that.

If Tamagotchi and Dogz did well here (and they did), there's no basis to think Nintendogs wouldn't.
 
Sega Channel... couldn't belive that, still amazes me that so few took advantage of it. Also goes along with Alien Soldier getting released in every territory but mine.

Indeed. Can't believe MS had the means to release at a price Sony couldn't match (or would bleed to death trying), but chose not to.
 
Most recently: that MS fucked up backwards compatabillity so much that they can barely explain it themselves two months before launch. Personally, it's not a huge deal to me whether it exists, but either do it or don't, don't go half-assed.
 
... Sega hasn't done a Shenmue 3 yet, but spent lots of money in the now dead Shenmue Online project.
... Psychonauts flopped so hard. It's such an awesome game. Same for Beyond Good & Evil.
... Ubisoft almost ruined Prince of Persia with its dark sequel.
... LucasArts makes so many Star Wars FPS games but doesn't think of a RTS game with the Gladius engine. Maybe on the PSP. OMFG would that be great.


And last...

I can't believe I'm fucking enjoying Driv3r. Shame on me.

I agree with you here. Crying shame. Both brilliant games that will probably never get sequels.

I can't believe Sega is making a come back. At least it seems that way.

I cant believe capcom didnt make many fighting games this gen. Fighting games and capcom is like like square enix and rpg's

cant believe Mario Party still gets good (well 8's) from reviewers. I can understand why the game sells, but i would think reviewers would be anxious to write off every new version as a half-assed upgrade and give it a 4.

I really havent played much of the games, but to me it seems like they are all the same, so how number 6 in the series still gets good scores awes me.

There was a two-year delay between this game and 6th Style.

Konami kept pushing it back, saying "we're getting liscenses" if they said anything at all.

And then they actually released it. I booted up a game with huge "2002" text in the intro in late 2004. And 8th and 9th rapidly followed, with 10th coming soon. I thought 6th was the end.

I can't believe so many people can love Sony after they've shown themselves to be harmful to the industry over and over again.

I can't believe how many Mario Parties and similar rehashes Nintendo can put out and people will buy up.

I can't believe that Microsoft wants to merge PC gaming with console gaming... and they think it will work.
 
I can't believe Microsoft thought it was acceptable to lose billions on Xbox, it was a pretty big gamble, but it looks like it worked out.

Miyamoto thinking that the Water gun pack idea would actually be stolen by the competition...
