Just make sure the interest rate is good, and be sure to pay it off properly.
But if all you need to do it finish it, just save up some cash and pay for it outright.

Just take a 50k loan from the bank. Stick it back into the bank and pay off the interest from the loan with the dividends from the 50k you just put in.
