seriously, WTF is it with pickups and crew cabs. if I wanted to haul around 4 people I would have bought a car, give me a 4WD pickup with a hug-ass bed, lots of torque, and one bench seat and I'll be a happy man. My irrational anger stems from the fact that a crew cab neither fits 4 comfortably nor does it have enough of a bed to haul anything bigger than a chair.

This is my rebelion against all vehicle that try to do what they aren't supposed to do, Subaru, god love 'em, has to just make a SUV and quit trying to pose as one FFS! Cadillac, are you luxury or performance make up your fucking mind and if you're trying to be both BMW already has you owned! I don't even know what the hell 2 out of 3 of the Scion line are!

I liked trucks better when they cost less than 20k.

Back in 2000, I had my heart set on getting a Toyota Tundra .... the sticker price on the one I wanted was 29k. Sheesh. Forget it.

Bah, you know not of what you speak. We got a Forrester recently, and we couldn't be happier with it. We do a lot of home improvement projects, so we wanted something with some storage space to it, but really didn't want to get a full SUV, as that was just way more than what we needed. Our Forrester has worked out perfectly, as we can stuff a good amount of stuff in the back, yet it isn't some top-heavy gas-guzzling SUV.
