Why, oh freaking why can't these damn companies provide pre-drawn Orcad parts (or whole libraries of each FPGA family) to people? I hate having to sit down, decide to use a part I haven't used before or a new part (using one of the new Virtex-4 FPGA's in a new design right now) and then spend an hour splitting up the IO banks appropriately and typing in all of the damn pin numbers and pin names.
