I just caught my next door neighbor with a prostitute....

A Shining Example
I was helping a friend out yesterday afternoon and I ended up having to go with him to a store that's in a neighborhood I usually don't go to. Anyway, we're sitting at a red light and 3 cars up from us, parked at the curb, is my neighbors truck. I recognized it instantly b/c of the huge gash in the side of it. A few seconds later some strung out crack whore steps out of the passenger seat, waves goodbye, and walks off. The light turned green and we drove by the truck. I saw him inside. I'm pretty sure he didn't see me and I know he's never seen the car I was in before.

The man is married, and has 3 kids (approximate ages 9, 7, & 5). My question is this. Should I somehow annonymously inform the wife? If he was just cheating on her I probably wouldn't say anything because its none of my business but if he's been sleeping with hookers its only a matter of time before he contracts something and passes it on to his wife. I mean, God forbid, he contracted HIV and transmitted it to his wife. Then his kids would be without both their parents. I'm leaning towards keeping my mouth shut but if I were in the wife's shoes I sure as hell would want to know. Thoughts?

See if the prostitute he was with has a husband.
If she does, go tell him.

And make sure, before you do anything, that the crack whore you saw wasn't his wife and that they just aren't REALLY into role playing.

maybe his wife won't have sex and based on that they have agreed that he can go outside the marriage for his needs, shit maybe shes a horrible bitch and deserves to be cheated on anyway, you just don't know. My whole point was that this is probably something best left up to whoevers business it is.

Original poster, if you really wanted to meddle you should have pulled up along side him and just asked how his day was going and been nice. That would have been enough. Break a marriage up though? have fun being that guy.

EDIT: especially if the guy is a charity worker that helps crack whores.

Conversly, if she did not want to have sex anymore, he should threaten divorce and so on. You can divorce on the basis of no sexual life.

Mind your own business, it's as simple as that. This is a simple concept that most people should have learned in grade school, but the problem with a lot of people is that they like to get in the middle of shit. If it were him just sleeping with another woman I'd say ,let him live his own life, but it was a prosistute and Extremely dangerous for other peoples lives besides his own.

Give him an annonomous tip that he just contracted AIDS, this way he gets tested and scares the shit out of him which hopefully keeps him from fucking such nasty women again in the future.

Who knows, maybe the dumbshit spills the beans on his own self even if he's clean STD's.

I don't know if she has AIDS, but an annonomous tip telling him this as a scare tactic could prove to be perfect for scaring him into STD tests, and stopping any prostitute activity in the future.

Or are you saying how do I know she was a prostitute ?
Personally I think prostitutes are very easily recognizable, as they tend to want to stand out rather than blend in for *ahem* self promoting services ;p

And why would someone want to do that when it really is none of their business? Just to get pleasure out of making someone scared? That's pathetic, and who says he would be scared? Maybe she's not a whore. Maybe he could care less, maybe his wife is a total bitch who cheated on him first. You know this stuff happens more often than most people realize. I've heard many stories of married men who have affairs with other men. But hearing about all of that is where it stops, because it's really none of my business or anyone elses.

You don't know anything about this situation. You saw a skeezy girl get out of his truck and wave goodbye. That's it. If you saw her sucking his cock, then you might say something. But for all you know, he was giving her a ride. Did you note her age? Maybe she's a babysitter? Maybe a co-worker with a flat tire?

There are so many possibilites, and a whore is just one. But if you really want to be a douche about it, you can ask him if he's been unfaithful. Boy, that'll go over well.

If it's a neighbor you've known for years and/or care for, next time you see him, in a friendly manner and as an advice, tell him to take care of himself and to think that there's a lot of diseases out there and remind him of his kids. Don't flat out go and confront him about the hooker thing, just casually give him the advice and I'm sure he'll know what you're referring to.

Unless the Wife is a close friend or family member, stay out of other peoples business. You're not doing the wife or kids any favors and they won't be sending you a bouquet of flowers afterwards.

Ok, so the issue seems to be that you want to tell him specifically because she was a prostitute and that if it was just an ordinary woman, you would mind your own business.


Now who's to know if a non-prostitute could be sleeping with several other men and having unprotected sex with numerous partners. Now the prostitute may be using protection with all of her clients. Now you would have to ask yourself, as far as health risks go, would the prostitute would be any more risky than just a typical "slut?"

I say don't let the fact that she was a whore change your mind, as that type of thinking is irrational. Keep your mouth shut.

I don't see how you jumped to the conclusion she was a prostitute in the first place. Because a woman who "looks like a crack whore" got out of his truck doesn't mean anything. I would advocate telling the wife if there was actually something to tell her but with what you know now I think you'll just end up looking stupid.
