And for those of you who think that I may have been mistaken I just have one thing to say: There's no way that I'm mistaken about what that woman did for a living. The best thing to do is leave it alone.
Don't pry into someone else's business, for you only "know" what you saw.
Do you really want to make an enemy out of a neighbor over something you may or may not have seen? That just gives your neighbor free reign to pry into your life, then the gloves would be off. For all you know, if you were to be a pain and tell the wife the guy could start spying on you and post pictures somewhere of you "shaking hands with the bishop". That would just be bad.
Basically it boils down to you don't have enough information, for all you know the wife may be down with it. Married couples can be freaky like that. You just don't know.

JC, let's be honest. You're the one being naive. You're jumping to conclusions, and in the process could ruin the guys marriage if it holds true.
Be truthful with yourself, do you have enough information to even tell his wife? Not really, you saw his truck and a girl getting out of it, all circumstantial really. You don't know if it's someone he knew or a street walker as you say.
You could be the one responsible for breaking up a family, do you want that hanging over your head?
I assure you, as one coming from divorced parents, it's not an easy go.

I'm not sure of what kind of advice to give. I definately treasure my own privacy, so it would be hypocritical for me to condone meddling. Also, there's no way to tell that woman actually did anything with him. At the same time, however, JC could very well save the wife's life if hisneighbor was really creeping with prostitutes.
In the end though, I think it's better not to say a thing unless another incident clearly proves what you are imaging. Wreaking a marriage is the kind of stuff that will get your ass kicked or even killed. Don't put yourself in that situation if the story isn't clear.

Why not just write an anonymous letter adressed to his wife telling her exactly what you saw? You don't have to write, YOUR HUSBAND'S SEEING A HOOKER or anything; just present her with the information you have and let her draw her own conclusions.
If that was in fact not a hooker you saw, then there's no harm done. He should have no trouble explaining it away, and their marriage will be fine.

The woman has a right to know, but it's not really your duty to tell her. If the guy saw you when he dropped off the alleged prostitute, he'll probably connect the dots when his wife confronts him and come after your ass.
If you think you can take the guy, or that he didn't see you, then you should probably notify the wife. If you feel that it puts you at too much risk, then ignore the whole thing.
