The discussion came up on IRC today on what types of hats were cool and what weren't. I think the decision was that the trucker style hats weren't (though I disagree) and that basically any others were. ;) We all agree that Von Dutch sucks though.

I've got a couple within arms reach so I will pimp them. The two on the left are flexfit style from Nike. I love 'em. Snug, and comfortable. I'm not a huge fitted hat fan because of the brims, but I really liked the other two for their colors, so I figured what the hell. Ignore the massive amount of dust on the neglected area of my keyboard and behind it.

Hat's don't just cover your head man, they are accessories that work real well if you have the right style/color.

I used to wear hats aaaaaaaaaaall the time. Now they just look weird on my head.

That von dutch hat looks cool though.

Agreed. If it's one thing Tre and I have always agreed on, it's that those caps need to be fucking buried next to all the ET cartridges somewhere in New Mexico.

It's too bad I because I have a box full of real truckers hats, from companies like John Deere, Caterpillar, Massey Ferguson, Ertl, etc. because I was a fucking tractor nut when I was a kid. Seriously, I got all those hats when I was like 5 or 6.

I remember seeing a photo of a skater in Transworld magazine from 1993 or 94 that had a trucker hat on. It seemed to be popular with skaters then, and only now has it reached the (m)asses.

I love Von Dutch clothes but I wouldn't go their truckers, simply because I look like a tool in a truckers cap.

Plenty of other people I know can wear them and look ace though. :)

I need to get me some flexfit caps though.

Preferably a new Texans one. (all I have right now is a Visor, and a cap which looks fugly due to the fact it was left in the back yard with my german sheppard :(.

After that will be a Rockets one, then probably an Astros one. Buying caps of teams I have no interest in just to look cool don't interest me. Sorry CK. you lose.

i have a few sports hats (mariners, redsox, nj devils) but i hardly ever wear'em anymore cause my hairs too long and they fit tight as a motherfucker.

I have around twenty+ hats. All baseball style caps. Big fan of the 59Fifty from New Era, not a big fan of the price.

But I've got a couple of hats each for the Braves, Cubs, Zephyrs, LSU and others. I'm finally getting to the point where even I admit I don't when I'm going to wear all these, so it's almost at a seasonal thing. I've worn baseball caps over the summer, moving more towards LSU now that football season's going, but of course the Braves hat will get some love into the postseason (hopefully the Cubs will too!).

I can't find my blue Canucks hat (with old school hockey stick logo), so I just wear my black Nike Team Canada pro-fit. I'll get a picture sometime in the near future.

I've wanted a Packers hat for a couple of years now... do they make Flexfit ones? That Gamecocks hat is pretty hot, and a hat like that with just the Packers logo would be badass. Gimme gimme.

I like hats too. I just found an old Peoples Cap, and I used to walk around town all the time with my straw cowboy hat (which looked pimp tight on me because I am a giant black man)

Oh, had a postmans cap that I loved too. Got to get another one of those. Kangols are cool too (had a few). I think the next hat I'll get will be a nice fedora (sp).

Yeah, I like hats.

I need to buy me some hats. If I had the cash I'd pick up some Kangol caps... the ones Fifty has are pretty keen. I wouldn't mind getting a knit hat either.

I don't think Nike makes any NFL hats.. sorry. :-/ I can't find any pictures of a hat with the same design as that one. Haven't seen any in person either. Starting to think it was handwoven by a crazy old lady in the back of the campus bookstore.
