I just got my Dream-X upgraded Xbox in the mail, and I'm preparing a 60 gig drive for it now to replace the 8 gig.

I've seen it mentioned here before talk of an app which copies .wma music files to the appropriate dirictory on the Xbox drive, and renames them so the Xbox can read them, anyone know which app this is, or what it's called ?

BTW: the dream-X upgrade is basicly they swap out the celeron cpu with a PIII CPU, and double the amount of ram on the board, plus they add a faster fan, a heatsing on the video output chip, mod it with the latest bios for better functionality, then there's the PC DVD rom drive from philips that I now have in it which reads everything I throw at it, including shitty memorex CD'rs. LOL

I dont need more than 60 gigs btw, I plan on setting up my shares with my PC so I can just stream whatever I want like those old homevideos with Ex GF's & such, music, games, pictures or whatever from there on the wireless network I bought with it.

So come on, someone recomend me some of the latest bad ass apps to run from it, and most importantly that music copying app.

BTW, which is the best dash right now, still Avalaunch ?

I downloaded a bunch of new skins a few nights ago and noticed evo-x still looks amaturish.

The modified xbox dash looked the most promising to me, and the Avalaunch looked sweet as well

UnleashX with Xbox Media Center, all the newest Emus (Except PCSXbox. Get an older PCSXbox)

I'm assuming you want to do this for custom soundtracks?

Qwiz in combination with Avalaunch can do what you want. It reads ISO's..ftp to da box
and you can rename it too.
you can upload with Qwiz , but if you want to change names then Avalaunch must be active on the Xbox.
