could someone please help me with a name of a program (two different ones if you can find one which can do both then you will become a friend for life :lol ) that can ...

1. Allow me to convert RA (real player audio) to .mp3

2. Allow me to convert MPEG files to a .gif image

Anyone who could help me would leave me satisfied and thankful for any information they could provide.

mplayer will capture RA audio, which you can then encode as MP3 with LAME or similar.

You can never have enough anime images, i need to try that last one that person suggested, and your one but all i see is pure writing and at the minute i can barely see straight but thanks.

GoldWave can convert RealAudio to MP3 most of the time....you just have to have the Real Audio saved locally (not streaming).
