Hello people, i'm using from years mame plus 168 with mamepgui but it's from 2015! I know this version of mame is discontinued, and 168 is its latest version, but there is an alternative, with the same or better features (especially image enhancement in osd because i need my xbrs filters on the fly for every game, (mame plus 168 is limited to 3xbr) with mamepgui or similar frontend? I mean filters, shaders, etc, pad configuration and osd menu on screen, etc. This old version doesn't support some games, for example Ninja Kazan it doesn't work, and i guess newer version of mame they have improved filters-shaders like the 3xbrz, etc. I'm on windows 10.

I tried mame arcade64, mame 271 and mame ui271 and no one of these have the menu enhancement in the osd! I don't even know if you can enable xbr shaders, i can't find any option! Please help me! I reallt like m+gui style! I'm used to it!

I use RetroArch for my MAME business, and just use the stuff there, so I can't be of any real help. I'm by no means an expert when it comes to MAME, but hasn't stuff like 3xBRZ been abandoned in favor of ScaleFX and the like?

I'm surprised no one else has chimed in or offered a solution...sorry I can't be of more assistance.
