Fuck, I'd kill for a steak right now but the prices for anything decent are insane cause of lockdown. Minute steaks or five quid for one piece of meat with plenty of fat. They take full advantage of these lockdowns and hike the prices up, almost double just on minute steaks.

Get outside and do shit, fill your lungs with country air. Walk, run, move and get outside, take some pictures of random shit and explore.

One of the best pieces of advice I ever received was to play the fuck out of the cards you’ve been dealt.

Also stop going over the past and what you did and how much drugs you took. Who gives a fuck? It’s not like you’re the first person to abuse their body or mind. Get over this shit and leave it in the past. Stop using what you did as a crutch and an excuse. The only thing holding you back is you. Make better choices to live a better life.

Move on with your life and give it some meaning, which right now would be caring for your sister and being there for her.

Tell your sister to fend for herself for 8-10 hours a day. Go to a farm or construction crew and ask for a job. Work it. Don't quit after getting a few hundred bucks to spend chasing the dragon.

You are living in a spiral of self destruction and it sounds like you've been in it your whole adult life. Spending all day sitting around getting paid to care for your sister is not going to help you get out of that. You need to start building something you can be proud of.

Quit the excuses. It's up to you, and no one's fault but your own if you fail.
