I’m lying on the couch watching YouTube with my iPad resting up against my legs and my gut keeps accidentally touching the screen and choosing the recommended videos on the side. i guess that’s what happens when I haven’t exercised in 6 months

I gained weight initially but I’ve got all the time in the world to work out, I’m fairly jacked for an old man.
 
I go to the gym the 4 days a week I’m not working because every day I can’t believe they haven’t forced them to close again. I’m actually doing pretty good. I could tighten up a couple of places if I ate clean for a week or two, but it’s winter so I’ll worry about that in March. But they had better not shut everything for 3 months again. It’s too cold to get exercise outside now.

I’ve been within 10lbs of 160 since high school. I just look better or worse depending on whether I’m working out.

You know that you can run outside with no gym membership or government intervention. Just get running shoes. It's so good for your heart, your lungs, and your blood vessels.

I know I have. I've been trying to do a daily walk around my neighborhood after dinner every night, but I'm not sure it's doing the job. I might need to invest in some work out equipment.
 
I get why your wife complained about your socks now. She has to put them on for you too right?

I've gained about 5kgs in recent months too. It's back to summar and kids sports so I'm already curtailing that. It was good while it lasted, video games all night, sweets with the kids...back to intermittent fasting and weights.
