Apparently so. People are talking about buying them on the official forums. Haven't seen any on Unrest yet, but apparently some people in the Freeport area have bought one.

The other thing right now is SOE is having a Valentine's Day screenshot contest and a lot of people are thinking of submitting the infamous Ceciliantas caught cybering screenshots for fun. :lol :lol :lol
