while i love the wipeout pure video, it has to be said that the encoding is terrible! the ridge racers one is perfect too so it has to be some sloppy work on sony liverpools part.. shame too because its lovely.

I think Wipe3out's intro is the best. Designer's Republic at their best I tell ya.

Yeah, the WOP intro looks like it was ripped from www.wipeoutpure.com. Supposedly, the new downloadable content includes a new intro. i saw the supposed intro, but it looked the same minus a few overlays at the beginning that were slightly different.

Uh... all of them. The first Wipeout may be a little hard to get into due to the unforgiving physics. Hit a wall, come to a complete stop. Still it's a really enjoyable game and i'm sure you could pick it up for a few bucks online.

Actually, I liked the intro for the first game the most. They got the audio and video perfectly timed together...and the music is excellent.
