I think by nature of it being from that era, it’s “gritty” enough as is. Truly an amazing showI think we’re ready for a Frasier gritty reboot.
I never got why he moved back to Seattle. At the end of Cheers I thought he and Lilith were back together (though they were certainly in a rocky relationship after the affair with the underground biodome guy).Fraser belongs in Boston.

Lol. I don’t know.... it’s just so pitch perfect as it is...It's a great show, but being on HBO or Showtime without a laugh track, adding bad language and nudity would elevate it to a new level.
I thought Frasier was coming back but in a new city?
It’s like CSI. We had Frasier: Boston, Frasier: Seattle and now we’re getting Frasier: Macon, GA.

How in the world has Seattle "fallen"?I don’t mean to make a funny thread dour, but it’s amazing how far our most cherished cities have fallen. These places are supposed to be points of pride for Americans, awesome places to visit or move, etc.
The thread kind of makes me think how I’ve gone from wanting to visit Seattle when this show was on, to never wanting to get close to it.
I just watched that last weekend. I love me some slater and haims. The rebooted Fraiser for a younger audience...

When you mean peaceful are you taking about the random fires, people getting there shit stolen and businesses and people getting extorted for money or property by guys who look like cosplaying Power Rangers? How in the world has Seattle "fallen"?
lol.. what exactly are y'all believing about the protest zone thing? All of my friends have brought their kids down there.. and since the violent cops left, it's been incredibly peaceful.
That was pretty good. I admit I never really gave Frasier a chance, but it was on when I was still very young. I need to check it out now that I can appreciate the witty humor.
Prior to the protests? Seattle is/was a fantastic city. Once Covid and this all settles down it’ll go back to being one.I don’t mean to make a funny thread dour, but it’s amazing how far our most cherished cities have fallen. No dude. Not everything needs to be "gritty".It's a great show, but being on HBO or Showtime without a laugh track, adding bad language and nudity would elevate it to a new level.
